Hemp derived THC is just what it sounds like, it’s THC that is derived from hemp. Trace amounts of THC are present in hemp; the THC can be extracted and concentrated into distillate that can be used to vaporize, dab, and mix in as an ingredient in edibles and topicals.

YES, hemp derived THC is psycho-active and will get you high. There are different types of THC compounds (e.g. Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, Delta-10 THC) that have varying potencies. For example, 5mg of Delta-9 THC is about as psychoactive as 10mg of Delta-8 THC.

YES, hemp derived THC is THC and will show up on a drug test. All hemp products contain trace amounts of THC and have the potential to show up on a drug test.

We deliver to addresses within a 20 mile radius of Downtown Nashville.

This includes: Downtown Nashville, East Nashville, Germantown, The Gulch, 12 South, Berry Hill, West End, Sylvan Park, The Nations, Madison, Donelson, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Hermitage, Nashboro Village, Woodbine, Crieve Hall, Antioch, La Vergne, Brentwood, Forest Hills, Belle Meade, Bellevue, Green Hills, Oak Hill, Whites Creek, plus parts of Franklin, Nolensville, Smyrna and Mt Juliet.

We can deliver to houses, apartments, hotels, offices, and all addresses with a drop off location. The address must be a location where we can leave a package.

We make on-demand deliveries 7 days a week.
All orders placed before the day’s Order Cutoff Time are delivered the same day.
All orders placed after the day’s Order Cutoff Time are delivered the next day.

Our average delivery time is 90 min.

Addresses located in Nashville’s urban core & closest to our dispatch location in East Nashville are typically delivered the fastest.

When you place your order, you will be given a window of time for your delivery. We do not schedule exact drop-off times.

No. As long as you complete the digital age verification to prove you’re at least 21 years old, we do not require in person contact. You will receive a text message when your order has been dropped off at your door.

Please leave detailed instructions if:

There’s a specific location to leave the package (e.g., mailbox, front porch, back door)
There’s a gate code of building entry code
You need to meet the driver outside of the building
The delivery is to an office, shop, bar, etc. – please name the location

We offer free delivery on orders over $100. For orders under $100, there is a $5 -$10 delivery fee, based on a sliding scale of how far your delivery location is from Downtown Nashville.

Shipping

Our products comply with the Hemp Farm Bill, which federally legalizes cannabis with less than .3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

We ship to all States that have not explicitly banned or restricted the sale of hemp-derived THC products.

As long as you complete your digital age verification to confirm you’re 21+, we’ll have your order packed and shipped with USPS Priority Mail within just 24 hours of you hitting that “place order” button.

All packages ship USPS Priority Mail.

We’ve got the federal law on our side. Every order ships with a handy Notice To Law Enforcement. This nifty document explains the legality of the products and includes a scannable link to lab results. So, you can rest assured that your products have proof of legality.

Consider It Flowers is a verified business with the USPS, and we even have a sweet relationship with a federal postmaster. So, if by any chance your package does get seized by local mail carriers, we can work our magic to have those packages released and back on track to your doorstep.

YES, we take precautions to keep things on the down-low. No need to stress about those nosy neighbors of yours. All of our flower is vacuum-sealed to keep delightfully strong odors concealed. Plus, we ship in discreet packaging that won’t give away your secret stash.

The PACT (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking) Act does not allow us to ship vapes to customers through national mail carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The requirements of regional mail carriers do not align with our business.

Legality

YES, all of our products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. All of our products are compliant with the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill and all applicable Tennessee Laws and Federal Regulation.

For each 1 gram (1000mg) on a dry weight basis, we can have up to 3 milligrams of hemp-derived Delta 9 THC at .3 percent.

For example, if a single gummy weighs 5 grams (5,000 mg), it can have up to 15 mg (.3% x 5000mg) of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC in it.

All of our products are for adults age 21 and older.
