Returns Policy:

7 Day No Questions Asked Returns:

We have a 7-day No Questions Asked returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and sealed. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 1 business day of receiving your item.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that after we approve the refund, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Find Your Perfect Match Promise

Tried something and didn’t love it? No worries—we’ll happily exchange your item for something you’ll enjoy more. Our Find Your Perfect Match Promise is available within 7 days of receiving your item. 

You can only have tried one serving size of the product to be eligible for an exchange. We’ll work with you to find the perfect product that suits your needs and puts a smile back on your face.

Fast Free Shipping

All orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please note, we are not liable for shipping delays once the package is in the hands of USPS.

We strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order and will make every effort to process and ship your items promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package from the carrier’s designated location, it may be returned to us.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you do not wish to proceed with re-delivery, a refund may be issued for the product(s) within the returned package, excluding a $10 shipping cost.

Shipment Damage or Loss

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. In the rare event your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately.

For damaged items, provide detailed photographs of the packaging and the damaged product(s) to assist with the claims process. If the product is damaged, we will replace it. If your original product is sold out, we will send a comparable product of equal or better quality.


Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Disclosure:

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Age Restriction:

Although all products are Hemp derived, some products may contain low amounts of THC within the legal limits, but, nonetheless, THC is THC and will likely show up on a drug test.  Furthermore, all hemp products contain trace amounts of THC and have the potential to show up on a drug test.

Shipping Hemp Derived THC Out-Of-State:
All Hemp Derived THC products will only be sold in and shipped to states where the sale of Hemp Derived THC is legally allowed.

Legality of Products:
Consider It Flowers is a licensed business in the state of Tennessee.  We are fully compliant with the 2018 US Hemp Farm Bill and all applicable Tennessee Laws and Federal Regulation.

Under Section 10013 of the 2018 Farm Bill, “hemp” is defined as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”

All products are classified as industrial hemp, are derived from hemp, and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

All Delta-9 THC products are derived from Hemp are legal in all 50 states under the 2018 Farm Bill because: 1) they are derived from legal hemp; and 2) the products contain a “Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”

We provide lab results for all products to indicate adherence to the federally mandated guidelines of industrial hemp. Please make an informed decision and as with any product, do your research before purchasing.  We make no guarantee that any person will be able to pass a drug test after using our products.  You must be 21 years or older to purchase.

ON-DEMAND DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Consider It Flowers for your on-demand delivery needs. This On-Demand Delivery Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for our delivery services. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Delivery Area
1.1 We deliver to houses, apartments, hotels, offices, and all addresses with a drop-off location that is within a 20-mile radius of downtown Nashville.

2. Hours of Operation
2.1 We offer delivery services 7 days a week, starting from 10:00 AM. Daily order cutoff times may vary.

3. On-Demand Delivery
3.1 We strive to provide fast and efficient service. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time are eligible for on-demand delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next delivery day.

4. Delivery Timeframe
4.1 Our average delivery time is 90 minutes. Please note that addresses located in Nashville’s urban core typically receive the fastest delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic conditions and order volume.

5. Delivery Process
5.1. Place your order online through our website.
5.2. Once your purchase is received, we will send you a text message with a link to digitally verify that you are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is required for all deliveries.
5.3. Once your age is verified, your order will be added to our delivery queue.
5.4. For contactless delivery, the driver will leave the package at the designated drop-off location, such as the front door or reception desk, as instructed by you. We will send you a text message notification when your order has been delivered
5.5. If an in-person handoff is required, our delivery driver will be in contact with you.

6. Delivery Instructions
6.1 Please provide any specific delivery instructions or special considerations when placing your order. This may include information such as:
– Specific location to leave the package (e.g., mailbox, front porch, back door)
– Gate code or building entry code
– Request to meet the driver outside the building

7. Delivery Fees
7.1. We offer free delivery on orders over $100.
7.2. For orders under $100, there is a delivery fee based on a sliding scale determined by the         distance between your delivery location and our dispatch location. The delivery fee ranges from $5 to $15.

8.1 Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send you a notification to confirm the completion of the delivery. If you have any concerns or issues regarding your delivery, please contact our customer support team promptly.

9. Delivery Exceptions
