New TDA Rules to Ban THCA Flower Sales Starting Late December 2024
New rules published by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture will ban the sale of THCA flower, vapes, and other smokable products starting January 1, 2025, despite ongoing efforts to prevent this. While possession will remain legal, retailers can only sell THCA products through the end of 2024. Consider It Flowers is actively fighting this ban through a lawsuit, so stay tuned for updates.
